Is there a minimum contract period for Brainbox subscriptions?
Yes, Brainbox requires a minimum subscription period of 1 month for subscriptions, and a minimum of 12 months for 12 months (paid yearly).
How quickly can Brainbox address urgent tasks or issues?
Brainbox aims for same day turnaround times for all subscriber one-off tasks*. One-off task only customers can expect completion within 3 days. You can find out more in our Service Level Agreement (SLA) here.

How do I cancel my subscription with Brainbox?
Clients can cancel their subscription with Brainbox by providing written notice within the terms of the contract. Any outstanding fees or obligations will need to be settled before cancellation is finalised. Cancellations can be requested through email: cancellations@mybrainbox.co.uk.
Does Brainbox offer a trial period for its services?
Brainbox does not offer a trial period for its services, but clients can schedule a consultation or demo to learn more about how Brainbox can meet their needs.
How do I communicate with Brainbox for project requests and updates?
All subscribing companies can communicate directly with a Brainbox team member through their dashboard. This is accessed through the Brainbox Artificial Intelligence Bot located on the right hand side of every page. One-off task clients can also utilise this function to get updates.
